SF Partners is seeking a Parts Sales Advisor for its Derbyshire-based team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering expert advice to identify the correct automotive parts and solutions to meet their needs.

You will work with internal teams to ensure a smooth journey from initial enquiry to order completion, delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, sales support, parts advisory or contact centre environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Provide technical advice and support relating to automotive parts and products.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
• Process orders, quotations, invoices and proformas accurately.
• Create and manage courier bookings and shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Liaise with technical departments to resolve queries efficiently.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage.
