The position offers a basic salary of £29,750, a 45-hour week with overtime on Saturdays, plus manufacturer training and a supportive team. A UK driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within an automotive parts environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
• Computer literacy, with experience in parts catalogues and dealer management systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supplying vehicle parts and accessories to retail and trade customers.
• Assisting workshop teams with parts identification and ordering.
• Processing customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records as a Parts Advisor.
• Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries efficiently.
• Identifying and sourcing parts using manufacturer systems.
• Ensuring a professional, efficient, and friendly customer service experience.
• Supporting the department to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction levels.
