Job summary

Worcester Carsales is seeking a Parts Advisor in Birmingham to support the service department, retail customers and trade accounts. You will ensure parts are identified and supplied accurately and on time, with a salary of £28,000–£35,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership or motor trade parts role.
• Confidence using dealer management systems; Keyloop experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• An organised, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts in advance for service bookings.
• Manage retail and trade counter enquiries and sales.
• Supply technicians with the correct parts promptly.
• Check stock, place orders and process returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support departmental sales and profit margin targets.
