Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a franchised Car Dealership in Worcester for an experienced Parts Advisor. The role focuses on delivering a modern and efficient parts service to the Workshop, with emphasis on accuracy in parts identification, goods-in, stock rotation, and returns while maintaining high service levels.

You will act as a strong all-rounder in the parts department, liaising with Service on parts matters, managing workload, and ensuring customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor is preferred.
• Autoline / Kerridge experience is desirable.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of service to the Workshop and ensure technicians stay productive.
• Handle goods-in, parts identification, and order processing; manage stock checks.
• Maintain perpetual stock rotation and manage parts returns.
• Liaise with Service on parts-related matters and prioritise workload to meet customer expectations.

Our client is a franchised Car Dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.

Parts Advisor Role

Working within a small team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.

As a Parts Advisor, You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters. You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet customer’s expectations

Parts Advisor – Requirements

• To have main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor
• Preferably to have Autoline / Kerridge experience
• To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
• To have a valid driving licence
