Job summary

Marshall Motor Group's cinch Chery Gatwick is hiring a proactive Parts Advisor to support our aftersales team and keep workshop operations running smoothly. You will handle parts reception, stock control, and enquiries from customers and workshop staff.

This full-time role offers a basic salary of £30,738 with an OTE of £37,500+, 25 days leave plus bank holidays, life assurance and pension, plus exclusive employee discounts and wellbeing perks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Ability to follow processes and work independently or in a team.
• Organised with emphasis on Health & Safety.
• Comfort using iPad or similar stock management tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• Store and organise parts with up-to-date inventory records.
• Respond to workshop and customer enquiries in person, by phone and email.
• Pick and distribute parts to technicians, coordinating with service advisors and sales.
