The Solution Auto in the Glasgow area is seeking a motivated Local Business Development Manager to drive new business and strengthen fleet relations. The role offers a base salary of 37,000 with an OTE of 60,000 and a 40-hour week, backed by an established dealership network and comprehensive automotive product lines.

You will identify prospects, tailor solutions for business customers, and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close while building a robust local client base and territory.”

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in automotive or B2B fleet sales is advantageous.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to cover Glasgow region.
