Job summary

Ford and Slater are recruiting for an Automotive Invoicing Administrator in Leeds. The role involves creating invoices from job cards, liaising with customers for purchase orders, and keeping data up to date across systems.

We offer training & development in-house and by manufacturers, 22 days holiday rising to 25, plus benefits including pension, Life Insurance, Cycle to work and more.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working within the Commercial Vehicle, Motor Trade or an automotive sector as an Invoicing Administrator or similar role.
• Must have experience generating invoices (ideally from job cards).
• Be a confident people person with ability to liaise with customers at all levels.
• Eye for detail with excellent organisational and IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create customer invoices from information on job cards to reduce WIP.
• Liaise with customers to ensure correct purchase orders are obtained prior to invoicing.
• Input data into a variety of systems and databases to ensure they are kept up to date.
• General administration duties in day-to-day Service department operations.
• Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers.
• Maintain files in line with company and legal requirements.
