Job summary

Ford and Slater is seeking an Automotive Invoicing Administrator for our Sheffield dealership. You will generate invoices from job cards, liaise with customers on purchase orders and keep data current across multiple systems.

A background in the commercial vehicle sector is preferred. We offer 40-45 hours per week, a salary up to £35,000, strong in-house training, and benefits including pension and life cover.

Qualifications

• Experience in generating invoices from job cards.
• Experience within Commercial Vehicle/Motor Trade sector.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and Word.
• Confident with handling customers and administration.

Responsibilities

• Create customer invoices from information on job cards to reduce WIP.
• Liaise with customers to ensure correct purchase orders are obtained prior to invoicing.
• Input data into a variety of systems and databases to ensure they are kept up to date.
• General administration duties as required in the day to day operation of the Service department.
• Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers.
• Maintain files in line with company and legal requirements.
