Job summary

Ford & Slater DAF in Leeds is seeking an Automotive Invoicing Administrator to join the Service Department. You will create invoices from job cards to reduce WIP, liaise with customers on purchase orders, and input data across systems.

The role requires attention to detail, strong IT skills, and a full UK driving licence is preferred. The position offers 40–45 hours per week (Mon–Fri) with a salary up to £35,000, plus in-house and manufacturer training, pension, life cover, cycle to work and

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the Commercial Vehicle, motor trade or automotive sector as an invoicing administrator or similar role.
• Experience generating invoices from job cards is required.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Create customer invoices from job cards to reduce WIP.
• Liaise with customers to obtain correct purchase orders before invoicing.
• Input data into various systems to keep records up to date.
• Carry out general administration duties in the service department.
• Handle incoming calls from customers and maintain filing in line with requirements.
