Qualifications

• Experience generating invoices, ideally from job cards.
• Experience in the Commercial Vehicle/ automotive sector is desirable.
• Strong IT and data entry skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create customer invoices from job cards to reduce WIP.
• Liaise with customers to obtain correct purchase orders before invoicing.
• Input data into multiple systems and maintain up-to-date records.
• Provide general admin support within the service department.
