Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Technical Helpdesk Engineer to support the approved retailer network with technical guidance and issue resolution. The role involves documenting cases, detailing vehicle concerns, and analysing case histories to identify trends.

You will handle calls and emails while maintaining professional relationships within a high-performance team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of automotive experience, City and Guilds or NVQ L3, and HV IMI3+ qualification.

Qualifications

• Automotive professional with broad vehicle systems knowledge.
• Clear description and understanding of complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to support retailers.

Responsibilities

• Record data into the computer system.
• Provide vehicle and concern detail about cases.
• Identify and report on vehicle case histories, trends, and analysis.
• Deal with and respond to telephone calls and emails.
