• Certified to ‘Master Technician’ status or equivalent.
• Experience diagnosing electrical systems and high voltage/EV scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to customer satisfaction by providing high-quality diagnostic and repair service.
• Following repair processes, monitoring success, and reporting on gaps.
• Reviewing processes to increase quality and reporting dealer performance on escalated cases.
• Communicating with retailer staff, coaching them, and documenting complex issues for central teams.
• Building relationships with retailers and customers to improve function effectiveness.
