Job summary

MSX International in Daventry (UK) is seeking a Technical Helpdesk Engineer to join a team supporting a network of retailers and independent repairers. You will accept enquiries, provide guidance and technical instructions, and help identify vehicle concerns.

We require 2+ years of automotive technical experience at Senior or Master Technician level, City and Guilds or NVQ L3, and an IMI3+ HV qualification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technical experience at Senior or Master Technician level.
• Thorough knowledge of modern vehicle systems and repair processes.
• City and Guilds or NVQ L3; HV qualification IMI3 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Record data into the computer system.
• Provide vehicle and concern detail about cases.
• Identify and report on vehicle case histories, trends, and analysis.
• Deal with and respond to telephone calls and emails.
