Qualifications

• Master Technician status or equivalent certification.
• Electrical diagnosis skills and experience.
• High voltage/EV experience is desirable.
• Investigate, report on, and diagnose complex vehicle systems.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customer satisfaction by answering support requests with high-quality diagnostic and repair service.
• Follow repair processes, monitor success, report gaps, and advise on improvements.
• Review processes to improve quality and report dealer performance on escalated cases.
• Communicate with retailer staff, coach them, identify root causes, and document issues.
• Build relationships with retailers and customers, driving function effectiveness.
