Responsibilities

• Answer support requests and deliver high-quality diagnostic and repair service.
• Follow repair process, monitor success, and report gaps.
• Review processes to improve quality and report dealer performance.
• Communicate with retailer staff, coach them, identify root causes, document issues.
• Build relationships with retailers and customers to improve function effectiveness.
