Van Mossel Automotive Group UK Ltd is seeking a Customer Experience Executive for Poole Audi. The role focuses on being the first point of contact, handling enquiries via phone and digital channels, and qualifying leads to support the sales team.

You will manage customer data, build relationships, and work with sales to improve attendance and conversion while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and through digital channels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, contact centre, or automotive retail would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, delivering a professional and positive first impression.
• Respond to customer enquiries received via telephone, email, website and digital channels.
• Qualify customer enquiries and identify sales opportunities through effective questioning and customer engagement.
• Arrange appointments for the sales team and ensure timely follow-up of all leads.
• Manage and maintain customer information accurately within internal systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service throughout their journey.
• Work closely with sales teams to maximise appointment attendance and conversion opportunities.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled efficiently, professionally and in line with company standards.
• Proactively follow up with customers and maintain regular communication to support the sales process.
• Contribute to team targets and support the continued growth and success of the business.
