Job summary

Hedin Automotive is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for our Bromley centre. You will be the welcoming voice, handling telephone and online enquiries, booking service appointments, and supporting Aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This is an office-based role with a structured weekday pattern and occasional Saturday duties. You will liaise with Service Team Managers and Sales Teams, maintain product knowledge across BMW & MINI ranges, and strive to deliver

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or contact centre roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident resolving complex issues.
Strong administration and IT skills with attention to detail.
Well organised with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Answering and transferring inbound calls and online enquiries, ensuring accuracy and high service standards.
Accurately recording customer details and requirements.
Arranging aftersales bookings and allocating work to workshop teams.
Providing customer estimates in line with schedules and pricing.
Making outbound calls when ordered parts arrive and booking dates.
Collaborating with Service Managers and Sales teams.
Maintaining knowledge of BMW & MINI products, campaigns and service packages.
