Job summary

Arnold Clark in Inverness, at the BMW/MINI branch, is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver a first-class experience for service and repair customers.

You will liaise with workshop teams, manage bookings and invoices, and upsell where appropriate while upholding our standards of service. A full UK driving licence and strong communication are essential; previous customer service experience is highly valued. Full-time hours, with Saturdays on a rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to use computer systems.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requirements for service and repairs in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with workshop and bodyshop to progress work.
• Manage invoices and purchasing while protecting customer and company interests.
• Notify customers of faults or repairs with clear solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
• Upsell aftersales products and services where appropriate.
