Job summary

Hedin Automotive is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for our Bromley centre. You will be the welcoming voice, handling telephone and online enquiries, booking service appointments, and supporting Aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This is an office-based role with a structured weekday pattern and occasional Saturday duties. You will liaise with Service Team Managers and Sales Teams, maintain product knowledge across BMW & MINI ranges, and strive to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident resolving complex issues.
• Strong administration and IT skills with attention to detail.
• Well organised with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Answering and transferring inbound calls and online enquiries, ensuring accuracy and high service standards.
• Accurately recording customer details and requirements.
• Arranging aftersales bookings and allocating work to workshop teams.
• Providing customer estimates in line with schedules and pricing.
• Making outbound calls when ordered parts arrive and booking dates.
• Collaborating with Service Managers and Sales teams.
• Maintaining knowledge of BMW & MINI products, campaigns and service packages.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

• Answering and transferring inbound calls and online enquiries, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and the highest standard of customer service
• Accurately recording customer details and requirements when handling an enquiry
• Arranging aftersales bookings by telephone and allocating work to relevant workshop teams
• Providing customer estimates in line with company policy on schedules, times and pricing
• Making outbound calls to customers when ordered parts have arrived and arranging convenient booking dates
• Working closely with Service Team Managers and Sales Teams to maximise customer opportunities
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current sales products, service packages & campaigns across the BMW & MINI product range

YOUR PROFILE.

• Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment, such as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Executive, Call Centre Agent, Contact Centre Adviser, Complaint Handler, or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident at resolving complex issues
• Strong administration and IT skills with excellent attention to detail

Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Must be eligible to work in the UK

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS.

• Basic salary of £26,540.80 per annum with a competitive OTE of £31,580.80
• Office-based role at our Bromley centre
• Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern: 8.00am-5.00pm or 9.00am-6.00pm (40-hour week)
• Saturdays on a rota basis (currently 1 in 6), 8.00am-2.00pm, paid as additional hours
• Rate per hour £12.76
• OTE Bonus Earning Per Year - £5040
