Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive the best service and care to minimise complaints.
• Meet all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Centre and equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the company.
• Recruit and interview all Centre employees.
• Identify training needs for staff development.
• Carry out service and repair on vehicles.
• Support other Centres when required.
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety, compliance and stock control.
• Follow reasonable instructions from management.
• Uniform provided and kept clean and presentable.
• Liaise with Head Office and other departments.
