Job summary

Webrecruit is seeking a flexible, customer-focused candidate for a Centre-based automotive retail role in Chester. You will manage a busy environment, deliver top-tier customer service, and help drive sales in line with company procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive retail, strong communication, and the ability to balance workload across a team, with responsibility for Health & Safety and stock control. No agency applications.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage workload and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive excellent service and that complaints are minimized.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Centre and equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services per company procedures.
• Recruit and interview Centre staff.
• Identify training needs and develop staff.
• Support other Centres as needed.
• Follow Health & Safety, Compliance, and Stock Control policies.
