Webrecruit in Crawley is seeking a Centre-based professional to deliver excellent customer service in a busy automotive retail environment. You will manage your workload, aim to meet sales targets, and help maintain a clean, well-presented centre.

The role requires strong communication, a flexible approach to tasks, and the ability to train and develop staff within the team. Experience in management within automotive sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to manage their own workload.
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience in busy retail automotive settings.
• Experience in management within the motor vehicle sector is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customers receive the best customer service and care to keep complaints to a minimum.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, following procedures.
• Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre.
• Identify training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company.
• Support other Centres when asked, when necessary.
• Adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control.
• Comply with reasonable instructions from Management.
• Uniform provided and must be clean and presentable at all times.
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments.
