Job summary

Webrecruit in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer-focused individual for a Centre role in automotive retail. You will manage customer interactions, ensure high service standards, and drive sales within a busy showroom and workshop environment.

The role requires a flexible approach to tasks, the ability to work independently, and proven experience in automotive retail. Hours are discussed at interview, with a strong emphasis on achieving targets and maintaining a professional Centre

Qualifications

• The candidate must show a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive the best service and care, keeping complaints to a minimum.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company.
• Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre.
• Identify training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company.
• Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle.
• Support other Centres when necessary.
• Adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control.
• Comply with reasonable instructions from Management.
• Uniform provided; keep it clean and presentable at all times.
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments.
