Job summary

Webrecruit is seeking a capable Centre Manager to lead a busy automotive retail centre. You will drive customer service excellence, achieve sales targets and maintain a safe, clean environment.

The role requires proven experience in a fast-paced retail setting, ideally within the motor vehicle sector, with strong communication and people management skills. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will recruit, train and develop staff, liaise with Head Office, and ensure adherence to company

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload.
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience in busy retail environments in the automotive sector.
• Experience in management within the motor vehicle sector would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive the best service and care to keep complaints to a minimum.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company.
• Recruit and interview all Centre employees.
• Identify training needs for staff to progress within the Company.
• Support other Centres when asked.
• Adhere to Company policies, health & safety, compliance and stock control.
• Comply with reasonable instructions from Management.
• Uniform provided and to be worn clean and presentable.
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments.
