Webrecruit is seeking a flexible, customer-focused Centre Manager for an automotive retail centre in Stafford. You will lead a busy team, ensure high standards of customer service, and drive sales in line with targets.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires excellent communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive retail, a proactive approach to training and staff development, and the ability to manage workload in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Flexible approach to tasks and workload management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.
• Experience in management within the motor vehicle sector would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customers receive excellent service and that complaints are minimised.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Centre and equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company.
• Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre.
• Identify training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company.
• Support other Centres as needed.
