Job summary

Stellantis & You UK is looking for a Customer Advisor to act as the link between customers and technicians, ensuring an excellent aftersales experience throughout the journey. You will welcome customers, explain servicing needs and keep them informed on costs and progress.

The role involves promoting service plans, handling invoices and payments, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding service. Full UK driving licence is required; experience in automotive settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support customers throughout the service and repair process
• Advise on servicing, maintenance and repair requirements
• Communicate repair costs, timescales and vehicle progress
• Promote additional work identified through Vehicle Health Checks
• Quote and sell Service Plans
• Prepare invoices and process payments
• Support customer satisfaction through follow-up contact and feedback
• Use digital systems and processes effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding service
