• Proven experience as an Aftersales Advisor in automotive retail.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to explain vehicle health checks and service plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between customers and technicians.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Assist with Vehicle Health Check process and upsell service plans.
• Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
