Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is seeking a Customer Advisor at our Manchester dealership to be the key link between customers and our technicians. You will guide customers through the service journey, communicate clearly, and embrace new digital systems as part of our ongoing digitalisation efforts.

The role involves quoting and selling Service Plans, proposing additional work after Vehicle Health Checks, and explaining invoices.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell services and parts when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the Stellantis &You customer journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation.
• Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers.
• Propose and sell additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Explain invoices and payments to customers.
