Job summary

Igloo Ltd. is seeking a Vehicle PDI Administrator for their site in Long Bennington. The role supports the vehicle logistics team by tracking PDIs, identifying delays, updating systems, and helping prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will have automotive/workshop exposure, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and within a team. Onsite parking and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or workshop environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have full UK driving licence and own vehicle due to site location.

Responsibilities

The Role:

The Person:

• Previous experience in an automotive or workshop environment is preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach
• Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
• Basic IT skills, including emails and spreadsheets
• Must have Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle due to site location.
