Job summary

Transcomm Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Admin - Service Advisor at a busy dealership. The role combines front-desk administration with service desk coverage, invoicing, and booking control. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays AM paid as overtime.

Ideal candidates will have strong admin and customer service skills, familiarity with Keyloop/CDK/DMS is a plus, and a proactive approach to workload management during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and customer service skills.
• Experience handling day-to-day invoicing.
• Familiarity with vehicle service desk processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Control and maximise service & repair bookings to meet schedule requirements.
• Support and maintain customer service schedules, MOT and licence requirements.
• Audit job cards and service documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure service/inspection documentation is correctly completed and filed.
• Assist in maintaining a daily flow of quality job cards for costing/invoicing.
• Adhere to Health & Safety practices in all tasks.
• Coordinate sub-let orders with specialists and external agents as needed.
