Job summary

A digital transformation firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced Automation / Performance Tester to join its specialist team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work on high-profile digital transformation projects, ensuring that systems comply with requirements prior to release. Essential skills include WebDriver, API testing knowledge, and experience working in an Agile environment. This role involves 3 days onsite with 2 days remote work each week.

Automation / Performance Tester – WebDriver, Gatling, Cucumber, API

At Difrent Group, we operate at the forefront of digital transformation in government and healthcare and are excited to announce that an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automation / Performance Tester to join our specialist team on a contract basis. The successful applicant will be joining one of our high profile digital transformation project s we have in motion with our client in the public sector.

As the Automation / Performance Tester, you will ensure that our entire end product works correctly, i.e. all the systems involved, and their interfaces, conform to requirements prior to release.

The first phase of the project has been completed, and we are about to start phase two. There is an existing Java based automation framework utilising WebDriver, and a performance testing framework, using Gatling, so candidates will need to be familiar with these technologies.

Candidates will also need to be equipped with solid functional/API /Automation/Performance Testing knowledge to be able to perform well in this role. You will also need experience of working in an Agile environment (Stand Ups, Sprints etc).
