Job summary

Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains (HPP) in the UK is offering an Early Careers graduate scheme starting Sep 2027. You will work across software, mechatronics or machine vision, with a target of achieving a 2.1 degree or above.

Practical, hands-on learners thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be assessed onsite in Feb 2027, with a comprehensive development program and extensive engineering exposure within a state-of-the-art Technology Centre.

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a 2.1 degree or above.
• Strong academic background in Maths or Sciences.
• Hands-on practical experience to complement studies.
• Self-motivation, adaptability and creativity.
• Willingness to be challenged and expand technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in software, mechatronics or machine vision.
• Contribute to design and development in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in onsite assessment centres and scheme activities.
