Job summary

Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains invites graduates to join a two-year Programme Management Graduate scheme in the UK. You will work on Project Planning, Specification Control and Future Development Testing within a fast-moving F1 environment, gaining hands-on experience in PLC software, SAP, TeamCentre and Microsoft tools.

You will develop critical skills from day one, taking responsibility across engineering, procurement and manufacturing functions, while enjoying a comprehensive

Qualifications

Must have a 2.1 degree or above in a relevant Engineering, Science, Technology or Business subject.
Strong academic background in A Level disciplines or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Support project planning for PU BoM and demand management across multiple projects.
Assist specification control meetings and ensure closed-loop between requests and plans.
Support future development testing from idea to test result with cross-functional alignment.
Collaborate with Engineering, Programme Management, supply chain and build teams to meet deadlines.
