Job summary

Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains Ltd in the UK seeks a graduate to join our Automation and Processes team, delivering automation machines and new processes for Power Unit components. You will help manufacture Internal Combustion Engines, Electric Machines and Battery Packs through advanced automation and process improvements, contributing across multiple disciplines.

You will specialise in software, mechatronics, or machine vision with a BEng and aiming for a 2.1.

Qualifications

• Curious, tenacious and driven individual with a hunger to work in a fast-paced environment.
• BEng in engineering or related field with 2.1 or higher targeted.
• Strong academic background in maths/sciences and practical hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in software, mechatronics, or machine vision as part of automation projects.
• Contribute to manufacturing Internal Combustion Engine, Electric Machines and Battery Packs via automation machines and process improvements.
• Support design, integration, commissioning and continuous improvement across multi-disciplinary teams.
