Job summary

Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains (HPP) is offering a Programme Management Graduate (F1) Internship in the UK. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced F1 environment, working across engineering, supply chain and programme management to deliver complex projects to tight deadlines.

You will develop expertise in PLC software, SAP and TeamCentre while supporting end-to-end processes from materials planning to build readiness, with significant responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

On track to achieve a 2.1 degree or above in a relevant Engineering, Science, Technology or Business subject.
Proven academic excellence with strong planning and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Project planning and coordination across multiple workstreams.
Own and maintain the Power Unit BoM and ensure supply alignment.
Lead demand creation and management across projects and programmes.
Monitor material budget adherence and balance changes with budget.
Process Engineering Change Notifications and ensure clear specification control.
Coordinate testing, validation and release activities for development platforms.
