Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains in Brixworth is offering an Automation Graduate role. You will join a multidisciplinary team to design, implement and commission automation systems for high-performance power units, with opportunities across software, mechatronics, and machine vision.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, innovation, and a pathway toward manufacturing excellence in motorsport technology.

Qualifications

• BEng in engineering and on track to a 2.1 degree or above.
• Strong academic background in Maths and Sciences (A-Levels or equivalent).
• Hands-on practical experience to complement academic studies.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, adaptable and creative.
• Willingness to challenge and expand technical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in software, mechatronics, or machine vision according to your technical interest.
• Contribute to the design, integration and commissioning of automation machines.
• Assist in manufacturing processes for ECU, electric machines and battery packs using automation.
