Job summary

Perk is seeking a Business Automation Engineer to identify operational inefficiencies and transform manual processes into scalable automation solutions. You will leverage Make.com, Airtable, AWS, Zendesk and AI-powered tools to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency across Customer Care.

Work closely with Customer Care, Product, Engineering, and other teams to translate needs into practical automation designs and deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable automation that reduces manual work.
• Ability to translate business needs into automation designs.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Customer Care, Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automations that eliminate manual work.
• Maintain and enhance existing automations, integrations, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into automation designs.
• Balance speed, simplicity, and long-term maintainability in solutions.
