Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting a Service Advisor in Chippenham on a strong base with realistic bonus potential. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing the service/repair journey and maximising additional sales, including service plans, in a busy Aftersales environment.

Earn £31,000 base with up to £6,000 bonus and commission opportunities. Strong performers can reach £40,000–£45,000+, with Saturdays limited to mornings only.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Service and Aftersales operations.
• Confident working in a busy, target-driven environment.
• Professional and organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer requirements.
• Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, additional work and completion times.
• Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices where required.
• Identify and maximise appropriate additional sales opportunities, including service plans.
• Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
