Job summary

Pembrook is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for an automotive dealership in Brighton. The role focuses on managing the full service journey, from booking vehicles in to keeping customers updated and ensuring a smooth collection.

You'll work with the Workshop team to discuss servicing and repairs, identify additional work, and provide accurate estimates. A Monday–Friday pattern with some Saturday mornings supports strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence discussing servicing, repairs and associated costs.
• Good organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A professional and approachable manner.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy Aftersales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and vehicle check-ins.
• Discuss servicing, repairs and additional work with customers.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain work required.
• Keep customers updated throughout the service and repair process.
• Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team.
• Identify opportunities for additional work.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant information is captured.
• Ensure customers receive a smooth and professional experience throughout.
• Work towards departmental and customer service targets.
