Job summary

Ayr Audi is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our friendly team in Ayr. You will handle retail and workshop orders, support stock control, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We offer a 42-hour week, Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, with Saturdays 8am–1pm on a rota basis, and a bonus scheme in addition to £28,500 dependent on brand experience.

Qualifications

• You will have previous experience gained in a similar role.
• You will possess excellent communication skills and practical knowledge of computer systems.
• It is important that you can work as part of a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties.
• Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop.
• Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control.
• Receiving orders and ensuring returns are up to date.
• Answering calls from customers.
• Providing excellent customer care.
