Evans Halshaw in Ashton Ford is seeking a Parts Supervisor to provide excellent service to internal and external customers daily, drawing on knowledge of vehicle parts and IT systems. You will use catalogues and ordering tools to meet parts requirements and support a fast, accurate parts operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in the motor industry with knowledge of vehicle parts.
• Comfortable liaising via phone, email, fax and face to face.
• People-focused and an inspirational team player.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Customer facing experience and be proficient in IT systems and packages.

Responsabilités

• Provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products.
• Use Manufacturers Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers' needs.
• Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query.
