Stratstone Exotics in Wilmslow (Ferrari Wilmslow) is seeking a Parts Supervisor to support customers and workshops with expert parts advice. You will source parts efficiently and respond to internal and external inquiries with a professional, customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner
• Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products
• Use Manufacturers Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers' needs
• Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query
