Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable with stock management and invoicing in internal systems.
• Previous parts/automotive experience is desirable.
• Full UK manual driving licence desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers, offering expert advice on parts and availability.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring documentation is complete.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels with the Parts Leader to keep items available.
• Support the sales process by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting related products.
• Maintain an organised, secure, and compliant parts department environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments for a seamless customer experience.
