Autism Initiatives seeks committed Support Workers to join our NI team. You will support autistic individuals in developing independence in daily living, accessing education and work, and engaging in leisure activities. The role emphasizes person-centered care within a values-driven environment.

We operate in Northern Ireland with enhanced benefits and a focus on inclusion, equality, and rights-based service delivery. Interviews are conducted in person at our head office.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with autistic individuals with empathy and integrity.
• Experience supporting daily living, education access, and leisure activities is desirable.
• NISCC registration or eligibility to register is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to develop independence in daily living.
• Assist people to access work and education opportunities and participate in leisure activities.
• Collaborate with the team to implement tailored support plans.
