Job summary

Autism Initiatives in Northern Ireland is seeking Full-Time Support Workers to join our team. You will work alongside autistic people, supporting in activities that develop independence in daily living and help access work, education, and leisure activities.

We offer an enhanced range of benefits, including a pension scheme, enhanced sick pay, paid holidays and more. Interviews are conducted in person at our head office in Belfast.

Qualifications

• Working, voluntary or personal knowledge of providing care and/or support.
• Be flexible to work on a rota basis that includes job rotation in various services, unsocial hours and weekends.
• NISCC registered or apply to register on appointment.
• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle held for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Support people who use the services in a range of activities.
• Help develop independence in daily living and assist with access to work, education and leisure activities.
