Autism Initiatives Group of Companies is seeking Support Workers to join our team in Northern Ireland. You will work with autistic individuals, supporting in daily living, accessing education/work, and enjoying leisure activities.

We offer an enhanced range of benefits and require a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. Interviews are held in person at our head office in Belfast.

Qualifications

• Six months' experience supporting autistic people or individuals with learning disabilities.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least one year.
• Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends and unsocial hours.
• NISCC registration or apply to register on appointment.

Responsibilities

• Support autistic individuals in daily living activities and routines.
• Assist clients to access work, education, and leisure opportunities.
• Work on a rota that includes unsocial hours and weekends.
