Autism Initiatives is seeking Full-Time Support Workers in Belfast, NI. You will support people who use our services in daily living, work/education access, and leisure activities, aligned to our autism-focused values.

Applicants must be flexible to rota patterns, including weekends, and the enhanced benefits package includes sick pay, enhanced maternity pay and additional support services. Interviews conducted in person at head office.

• Support in activities to develop independence in daily living, access work/education and leisure activities.
• Work alongside autistic people to provide tailored support and opportunities in line with organisational values.
• Be flexible to work on a rota that may include weekends and unsocial hours.
