Autism Initiatives is seeking Full-Time Support Workers to join our team in a role that focuses on developing independence in daily living and enabling access to work, education and leisure activities. You will work alongside autistic people, following our values of autism-focused care, respect, excellence, empowerment and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care or support in care settings.
• Ability to work on a rota including unsocial hours and weekends.
• NISCC registered or applying to register on appointment.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living activities to develop independence.
• Assist with accessing work, education and leisure activities.
• Collaborate with the team to provide person-centred support.
