Job summary

Autism Initiatives NI is recruiting a Registered Service Manager to lead a team delivering person-centred support. You will work with individuals to promote independence in daily living, education, work and leisure within a rights-based framework.

The role requires relevant leadership qualifications, experience at a senior level, and a driving licence. An enhanced Access NI check will be conducted, with costs borne by the organisation.

Qualifications

• Meet the RQIA requirements to be a Registered Manager (Health or Social Care professional qualification or Level 5 Diploma or equivalent).
• Meet the required years at Senior Support level or above per RQIA standards for a Registered Manager.
• Working knowledge of supporting people with Autism and complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own car for at least 1 year with business insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to develop independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities.
• Work alongside people who use Autism Initiatives’ services to deliver person-centred support.
• Contribute to maintaining a rights-based ethos and ensuring quality standards are met.
