Autism Initiatives NI seeks a Registered Service Manager to lead our residential services in Northern Ireland, focusing on independence, work, education and leisure for autistic people. You will drive compliant, rights-based care, develop staff capability, and collaborate with families and external partners.

Qualifications

• Meet the RQIA criteria to be a Registered Manager in a residential service.
• Qualifications and experience in health/social care at a senior level.
• NISCC registration and full driving licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Support autistic individuals to develop independence in daily living, work/education and leisure activities.
• Work with families and teams to ensure Rights-based care and adherence to standards.
• Contribute to continuous learning and development within the service.
